The Attendance System addresses the growing need for accurate, secure, and efficient attendance recording, especially for mobile and field-based staff. Traditional methods — manual logbooks, biometric scanners, basic time clocks — are prone to errors, time manipulation, and proxy attendance (buddy punching), compromising data integrity and payroll accuracy.

This system modernizes the process through real-time photo capture, GPS location tracking, and timestamp verification. Employees take a live selfie during time-in and time-out, ensuring the right person is physically present. GPS validation confirms attendance is only logged from authorized work areas.

Admins gain real-time monitoring, detailed attendance logs, and reporting tools that simplify workforce management, cut paperwork, minimize human error, and improve transparency between staff and management.
